In 1978, the Maffucci family opened Vito's on Silas Deane Highway in Wethersfield, bringing cherished family recipes to the community. The restaurant quickly became a neighborhood favorite, and that family tradition continues today through the next generation.

What the Kitchen Makes

Hand-stretched dough, the same red sauce since day one, and Nonna's Lasagna layered with three cheeses. The famous Spinach Bread, fresh pappardelle Bolognese, and house-made fried mozzarella showcase the family recipes that have been passed down through generations.
